Social innovations: experience on implementation of projects of the leading world countries for Ukraine

Purpose. The paper purpose is to generalize the diversity forms, models and manifistasions of social innovation, substantiation of their economic expediency in socio-economic systems on different levels (in the system of social relations) as the basic element of the social component sustainable (balanced) development.

Design/methodology/approach. The basic principles of research are systematic analysis of materials related to the application for the implementation of social innovation and their comparative characteristics.

Findings. In the article applied forms of application social innovations are reviewed. It is stated, that one of prospects for introduction social values to steady development can be social innovations that will provide the new format of social co-operation in society. The separate varieties of the applied forms of introduction of social innovations are analyzed in the socio-economic systems. It is set that necessary pre-condition of introduction social innovations is inalienable development of the economic system, here economic development includes the evolution of the socio-economic system, the result of that are quality transformation change sand passing to the higher state of functioning. The public utility of social innovations forms quality institutional changes in the system of economic relations, transforming the valued priorities of society.

Research limitations/implications. The paper considers various forms, models and manifestations of social innovations and their economic expediency in the context of the development of the social component of sustainable (balanced) development.

Originality/value. Based on the research the latest forms and models of social innovation, the possibility of introducing qualitative changes in Ukrainian society will be ensured. Addition and modernization of existing approaches for the implementation of social innovations, their interaction with other innovations and the study of indicators for assessing the social effect of their implementation will enable the integration of qualitative social opportunities in different regions of our country in order to solve social problems.
