Improving the efficiency of the organization of enterprise activity on the provision of rehabilitation services in the implementation of the principles of quality management
The relevance of the issues of an effective management system ensuring for medical centres and organizations enhances especially during the reformation period and creation of a new health care system with quality medical care.
Purpose. The aim of the study is to summarize the leading foreign and domestic experience of modern private rehabilitation centres according to improvement of the effectiveness of their organizational system in the context of implementation of the quality management system principles.
Design/methodology/approach: analysis, synthesis, empirical methods, logic, summarizing, modelling.
Findings. Based on the results of the analysis of the methodology which was developed to provide the service: "Training relatives to care for the patient", it was found that the current value of 71, 48% is between 65% and 72%. This indicates that, in general, the process is productive, the expected results have been obtained, but it is necessary to carry out some actions to prevent the appearance of inconsistencies.
Research limitations/implications. The scientific significance of the work based on this study means that scientifically substantiated proposals have been developed to introduce the principles of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standards of the ISO 9000 in the activity of rehabilitation centers.
Originality/value. The provisions, recommendations and conclusions of the article are applied in practice and oriented to wide implementation in activities, which are related with formation of organizing business activities effective system and increasing the competitiveness of organizations for rehabilitation services.
